It’s Time To Say Thank You.

Showing Gratitude To Everyone Along For The Ride

That's the number of times my newsletter has been clicked this year. That’s mind blowing.

This year was filled with exciting updates, harsh lessons, and another year of experience under my belt.

And I'm so grateful you are a part of the journey.

As we enter a time dedicated to cherishing our loved ones and reflecting on our victories and defeats, I will be taking a brief sabbatical to live in the moment of the holiday season– something we should all do.

But before I do, I want to express my gratitude. Specifically to the people that help connect me to you.

I would be remised not to thank the individuals who help keep this engine running seamlessly behind the scenes– the ones who make the content that gets put out on social media, email, and my brand in general.

It seems like it was yesterday when I met the young Jedi Jeb. Young and full of ambition, Jeb was a student at NC State, and I knew there was something special about him.

We always had a connection, and over time, we were able to launch a digital brand for me while he built a social media company of his own.

A lot of work has gone into this over the last four years, and I am forever thankful for how they have helped me create a voice to remain connected with all of you I have met over the decades.

It gives me so much joy to meet you all in real life and hear your feedback on what we are doing online. Sometimes, posting on social media can feel like yelling into the wind, but knowing we are touching people and hopefully putting some good into the world makes it all worth it.

I'm thankful for the rest of the team too, which cares deeply about crafting these messages, and the two individuals foundational to this work. Sammi and Will, I want to express my gratitude for your support and dedication.

This is not a sales pitch, but if you need some help with your digital presence, check them out: www.burtmedia.co

In this season of thanks, I urge you to take a second to tell someone around you what they mean to you; it costs you nothing and can mean everything.
