I’m Back From My Journey

Over the last three years, I've intentionally set time aside to work on myself and refine my being.

This journey has brought me to multiple spiritual retreats– sitting in ceremonies to reflect, learn, and work on myself. And each year I join these events, I cherish the truly profound impact these experiences have.

This year was no exception; in my last ceremony, I tackled some internal feelings and came out the other side with many tremendous realizations.

But here is one that really stuck…

Ask for help.

Seriously, it seems simple, but realizing the need to ask for help and seeing how we help one another every day is something we all have taken for granted.

And as an exercise in this, I need to ask for your help.

As many of you know, I am writing a book, and I want you all to be involved in the process. You are part of my tribe, and your feedback is always helpful and valuable.

I'm looking forward to climbing multiple mountains this year, and I know there are many powerful people in this audience. I'm looking for a select few to help me reach these peaks with their perspective, feedback, and ideas.
